Peterson is a Vancouver-based, family-owned developer founded in 1959 by Peter Young. The company grew from a single commercial building into residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across North America. Their portfolio includes work on Shangri-La Vancouver and Toronto, and the Woodward’s redevelopment. Today, the business remains family-led, with Peter’s son Ben continuing the legacy.
